BETTE SNYDER OF LONG BEACH WASHINGTON PASSES
Bette Snyder, a longtime resident of the Long Beach Peninsula, passed away Thursday morning, Feb. 23.
Funeral plan are scheduled for Saturday, March 4, at noon at the Peninsula Church Center.
Married to the late Sid Snyder, majority leader of the Washington State Senate, Bette Snyder was a colorful and very humorous woman. Photographer, Lisa Lamping stated, “I personally found her to be very honest and direct, yet kind and wise. She was a planner and preplanned her final funeral arrangements years in advance by coming to my photography studio to take her and Sid’s obituary portraits several years before Sid passed away.”
