Jim and Penny Broyles, who live in Seaside, have been named as 2017 recipients of the Spirit of Emilie Award at Providence Seaside Hospital.
Both Jim and Penny have held leadership positions on the foundation board and on many hospital committees. Jim also serves on the Oregon Community Ministries Board for Providence in Oregon.
