Sherry Goodell, of Knappa, passed away at Columbia Memorial Hospital on Aug. 13, 2017.
Sherry is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Larry, and her son, Benjamin.
Sherry is survived by her children, Jeanie Painter, Dan Goodell (Shelly), Bud Goodell (Glenda), Cheryl Sutton (Doug) and Lori Goodell (Becky).
Sherry is also survived by her two sisters, Karen Atkinson of Sonora, California, and Penny Skog of Banning, California. Sherry also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sherry was a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her family, and watching it grow. Sherry was an avid bowler, and enjoyed her time on various leagues and participating in many state tournaments.
Sherry’s favorite pastime was watching and listening to the ocean, and enjoying all the treasures of the great Northwest. Sherry worked for a time at Columbia Memorial Hospital as a certified nursing assistant; she loved working with the babies and new moms.
Sherry will be missed by those whose lives she touched in her own special way.
There will be a celebration of life for Sherry at a later time.
