Cannon Beach Distillery

Since 2012 Cannon Beach Distillery has been crafting award-winning spirits of the highest quality, on site and from scratch. Owner, distiller and Oregon native Mike Selberg believes that distilling spirits is an art form and works extremely hard to infuse as much artistic integrity into his gin, rum, and whiskeys.
Always striving to “produce unique products that are undeniably good”, Selberg’s painstakingly handcrafted concoctions will now be featured during weekly tastings, tours, and events at the Cannon Beach Distillery, and mid-town production facility 1315 South Hemlock in Cannon Beach. The weekend of February 18th will be the first premium small-group tasting event. It will feature previously released hand-crafted whiskeys, select craft distiller whiskeys, and they will be paired with carefully selected small bite appetizers to enhance the taste of each spirit. This delectable tasting will be the first of many that Selberg hopes to host this year. Weekly tours of the distillery will begin on Saturday afternoons and monthly tasting events will highlight the intriguing process of distilling, and the artistry behind hand-crafted sprits, while titillating the taste buds.
Continuously refining, enhancing, changing and experimenting with spirits, Cannon Beach Distillery hopes to release 6 brand new, never-tasted whiskeys in 2017. With a minimum aging of 2 years, the first of the long-awaited whiskeys is on schedule for an April release.
