For Staci Miethe, a vacant space at Seaside Outlets can quickly become Holiday Headquarters.
Over the past 15 years, Seaside Outlets has offered a complimentary gift wrapping station. Miethe says all the supplies, including wrapping paper, boxes and ribbon, are provided by Seaside Outlets. The gift wrap is free but a donation is encouraged.
Often charity clubs and other non-profit groups will staff the booth. The non-profits keep all donations, says Miethe. If Seaside Outlets is staffing the booth, then the donations benefit local families that need a little extra help for the holidays.
“The gift wrapping station is intended to help families who can’t afford to have gifts wrapped at home,” adds Miethe. “We want everyone to enjoy Christmas and don’t turn anyone away.”
Seaside Outlets also offers a free photo with Santa. The picture is printed onsite and can also be emailed to you. Miethe says that they also permit families to snap their own picture during a visit with Santa.
Visit Santa at Seaside Outlets on Saturday, December 16 and Sunday, December 17 from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Santa will also be available on Wednesday, December 20 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. to catch families who may be working or unavailable on the weekend.
